Something to make you smile: Take a run around your block. Trigger some endorphins, whittle your waist line, and remember that the world is so much bigger and greater than it seems when sadness closes you down. Get out and just run freely–sprint down the street, run a few miles, or jog around the block. Let your blood get a good pump and just run from your stress for the moment. Trust me, you’ll feel better after you did.
